    Horton’s Artisan Spirits is a small independent company based in the seaside town of Prestatyn, United Kingdom. We specialise in crafting premium artisan spirit drinks, blending quality Vodka and Caribbean rums with natural flavours to create distinctive and smooth products inspired by our coastal heritage.

    Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Horton’s Artisan Spirits.

    2. Age Restriction

    You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from this website.

    By placing an order, you confirm that:

    • You are aged 18 or over
    • The recipient of the order (if different) is also aged 18 or over

    We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatching an order. Deliveries may require age verification upon arrival.

    3. Products

    We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

    • Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown
    • Product availability may change without notice
    • We reserve the right to amend product details or pricing at any time

    All products are subject to availability.

    4. Pricing & Payment

    All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

    Payments are securely processed through Stripe.We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

    We accept major debit and credit cards supported by Stripe.

    Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

    5. Delivery

    We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

    Delivery Information

    • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
    • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 1–3 working days
    • Delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility

    Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address details
    • Failure to collect or accept delivery
    • Failure to provide age verification

    Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

    Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

    6. Cancellation Rights

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In their original condition

    You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

    Once returned and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photographs where possible

    We will work to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, refund, or exchange where appropriate.

    8. Returns & Refunds

    We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

    • Products have been opened
    • Items are not in resalable condition
    • The return request falls outside the cancellation period

    Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horton’s Artisan Spirits shall not be liable for:

    • Delays outside our reasonable control
    • Loss arising from the misuse of our products
